After completing your NYS RE course, you can take your test at a NYS location.
(All agents must choose to become either a Hanfra or Libor member. If Hanfra you may join only the MLS of Libor. Your listings will than be shown on both MLS & Hanfra. There is a small savings with the HANFRA/MLS options and double coverage on both sites. Hanfa sometimes pipes into local publications so is a plus for East End agents.
All Long Island MLS participants are required to have all new agents joing MLS if the office participates.
